David Butler

David is your main contact when looking for Foundry Lofts real estate. Working with Mark Colin Spraggett and the team from Johnston & Daniels-Royal LePage Real Estate Services, we still believe our clients come first, that we should treat our colleagues in other brokerages with respect and consideration, that all Sellers and Buyers – regardless of whether they’re our clients or not – deserve honesty and fair dealing.

David has seen the Foundry Lofts change over the years. He has been active in the community with his involvement with the SC Toronto soccer program with frequent visits to both fields at Earlscourt Park. His knowledge of the local area will help you with your purchase or sale of property.

David has worked in the newspaper business (reporter) and advertising world (media buyer) and is familiar with how traditional methods of communicating and advertising work. He is knowledgeable in current internet based advertising methods; search engine marketing, online ads purchases, search engine optimization. This means that Dave has the right tools to help you market your home or help someone find a new property.

David was a stay at home Dad for a number of years. During that time David became involved in various community groups and sports organizations. He has served as chairperson Jimmie Simpson Community Center Advisory Council. He also coaches youth soccer at Nelson Mandela Public School and for various groups including several rep teams with the SC Toronto soccer programme, Wexford Soccer Club and the Cherry Beach Soccer Club.

He has also been involved in various businesses that have helped him to appreciate the local area. He travelled throughout Europe and North America as manager for the Jet Fuel Coffee cycling team (including a race around Earlscourt Park many years ago). Visiting many urban centers has made it easier for Dave to appreciate the uniqueness of Foundry Lofts building and the local neighbourhood.

Mark Colin Spraggett

As an adjudicator with the Assessment Review Board, I offer a deeper understanding of current value determination for your real estate needs. As a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario’s Appeals and Discipline Committees, I ensure my clients with the highest ethical and professional conduct as a Broker. As a council member of the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors, I can speak to the importance of securing proper title to owning real estate.
